Embed security into cloud architectures and delivery pipelines for Avero client and internal systems.
Responsibilities
- Threat-model cloud landing zones and application architectures
- Implement identity, network, and workload controls with engineering teams
- Improve detection coverage and incident readiness playbooks
- Review IaC and pipeline policy for secure defaults
Requirements
- Hands-on cloud security across at least one major cloud
- Experience with DevSecOps tooling (SAST, SCA, secrets, policy)
- Ability to explain risk tradeoffs to engineers and stakeholders
Nice to have
- Kubernetes security and runtime detection experience
- Relevant certifications (helpful, not required)
